Why I was banned from the comments section for literally doing nothing wrong, when people impersonating me remain saying things like 'I suck off Goats'?

Could it be that people have reported me for no reason and the moderators have banned me without looking at the evidence?

It seems that if you have an opinion, you are WRONG.

BTW, moderators are indeed not perfect. Usually they're low paid people who couldn't find a better job.
I know one forum where the admin is even intellectually disabled a little. Nothing against disabled people, but you shouldn't expect moderators to be always right.
Companies don't spend much money for educated moderators.

And there doesn't exist any training to become a moderator. That's the main problem probably. They're working in this job without any education.

I'm not angel, and have written some stupid stuff, but now it's at the point where everything I type on there is jumped on and I am drawn into a slanging match. The majority of people on there don't agree with my views so they think it's ok to hound me off of there.

That would be boring as hell if everyone agreed with me.

The debate I don't mind at all, I like the debating, it's the people who go on there purely to report me I can't handle

I've re-signed up now anyway. The reason I'm massively annoyed is the fact I was edging closer to an article or moderator job on there until it all went breasts upwards.

What a good luck for the moderators, that we don't know who and where they are.
Sometimes I really had liked to smack them.

lately a saw a girl /young woman. She wore a T-shirt with a line that she is a moderator.
She better doesn't wear that shirt too often.

This Mike Ford is an unusual character, every time i post a comment he says i'm racist, can he not see past his nose.

Let me add, we have probably much more freedom to say what we think than journalists. Journalist have to write what their boss wants them to write. But they get paid for their writings. They're just doing a job. They are not really supposed to tell us their personal opinion. Even though they sign their writings with their names. Maybe they should also have more freedom of speech. But that's not our problem at the moment.

We don't get paid for our written stuff, but they treat us like we were employed at the papers. They edit or comments and sometimes they even fire us, so to speak. That's the problem. They apply the social structures of a professional life onto our private life. This can't work. There will always be conflicts as long as ......... I don't know how to solve this problem. Either we should get money for what we write and they can tell us what we have to write, or we don't get any money and we should be allowed to write whatever we want to.
But the servers which host the forums are paid by the newspapers. That means, they will always expect us to write what they (the bosses) want to read. And they will always treat us like employees. That means, we should write as much as possible, but not what we're thinking.

Last but not least, all the social problems like bullying, slander and so on happen also on forums or comment pages of newspapers. And mostly it's quite hopeless to stop such things. You can't change that, Mike.

Best, go to a forum which is not hosted by any company.

Unfortunately, especially the mighty people can publish their opinion. They are heard everywhere and they can say everything. Papers are keen to quote VIPs. Each tiny word is recorded and broadcasted. But nobody listens to poor people. In fact, ordinary people have not much space to utter an opinion. Ordinary people don't exist in the media, and the leaders of this world don't want us to have a say.
