Agreed Marie however. you have to make sure that when 'dissing' you don't fall foul of the law yourselves!
Even if you don't belong to a union they may still be able to give you some advise or help about where to go and what to do with regard to tribunals and unfair dismissal. They may also know of other employees in a similar situation to yourselves, both union members or just people who have asked them for advice.
You could also try checking out some of the consumer forum sites too
