Anyone faced House of Fraser's customer-screening-and-rejecting policy?

I'm a customer, who wants to buy House of Fraser's gift card online with Voucher Express, and have placed three orders that have been constantly declined by the company. I have checked w/ my bank to assure the credit card validity and the processing being successful.

Voucher Epress wouldn't disclose their internal customer-screening-and-rejecting policy against my orders. If it's mistyped problem on information, or any doubt about my credit-card-issuing bank's credit, I can understand.

Yet since they wouldn't disclose the reason they declined my orders, it has greatly undermined customer's purchase right and our faith in fair transaction. It has also offended customers' dignity.

I couldn't help thinking further of the existence of discrimination behind its non-disclosable customer-screening-and-rejecting polciy. Behind the veil, any racial, nationality, social-status, religious and gender discrimination can hide.

Have any of you encountered House of Frazer's non-disclosable customer-screening-and-rejecting policy before? I do think they can have their own specific customer-screening-and-rejecting policy. But only on a disclosable basis, so that customers' right wouldn't be sacrificed.

I can't imagine for one minute that Voucher Express or HOF are exercising covert discrimination against you. That just doesn't make sense. It's more likely that there's some sort of blip in the system that no one's picked up on- it could be anything.

If it were me I'd complain to House of Fraser. Explain the situation and suggest that they are losing them good custom. I'm sure they'd want to know this.

I have contacted them already, through TEL, through online customer service, and they just refused to help or disclose the reason why they declined my orders.

Since my credit card works very well elsewhere wtih other companies or on other websites, their bizarre reluctance of doing this transaction with me just makes me very curious.
